The Color Run

31 august. the colour run. happiest 5k.

im so happy i finally got the chance to go for this, ive been waiting since last year cause i wasn't fast enough to get tix :( so this year i acted fast whoop so happy

so glad i could go this event kai and vanessa one of the best days with best friends.

the event was held at sentosa!! human traffic at vivo city monorail and sentosa train station was crazy. but worth it to me hehe.

at the start everyone was so hyped haha. even though it was supposed to be a run...hardly anybody ran lol. cause everyone was just caught up in the fun :)

every kilometre we pass a different colour would be splashed at us! first was blue, orange, green, pink and purple (?) it was the shortest 5km ive ever ran *insert laughing emoji*

shitty picture quality cause i didn't take my phone out of the plastic, not wanting powder to get into it :( come to think of it i kinda regret bleh

at the second kilometre vanessa and i rolled on the orange powder filled floor HAHAA fun

we should've brought a selfie stick tho

yeah my face is the most filled with powder. my face looks like it was banged by crayola

during the run everyone was soooo bonded. random people going up and taking selfies, everyone high 5-ing each other and going high.

event after everyone finished running (walking)!

i totally love the atmosphere and vibe. everyone was just so happy. we even randomly poured coloured powder over strangers and they even were as playful back. people would share their powder with us willingly :) just pure bliss. nobody was judged. it felt like a big family. :)

in the after party everyone was jumping up and down together, colours sprayed everywhere. :') it was really cool, the atmosphere was really priceless

i am a color runner

met kim while in the super long train queue. everyone had to wear ponchos i think caused they didn't want us to leave the train colourful hahaha

yay and ended the day with matcha azuki. had this crazy craving for it for super long. so with my craving satisfied yesterday was perfect :)

my hair tho. showering took longer than usual hahaha and when i washed my hair even my shampoo foam turned to a tie dye pastel colour. i kinda wish the colour won't get washed off the shirt haha..... but anyway at least me and vans got the silicon band (too big for me as expected cause small hands wow) hehe. and we all carried our colour run drawstring bags throughout and people actually were asking us about it HAHAHA. 

im so thankful that i had the chance for this, spent it with my dear kai and vans. now that the fun is over back to studying for the end year examinations, but it was a good break from all the stress :)
