Hey everyone~

Already the first month of 2016 has passed by, how fast is that. January was a really eventful month for me where I did my best to squeeze in as much time to spend with my friends and enjoy myself before the hectic school term starts, sigh

Of course January is a special month for me because I remember the "bday week" where both my beloved friends (Yingting and Kylie) birthday is a week after the other, and every year I would have to spend time before that week prepping their present and cards. And the time of the month I get closer to being broke!!!!

I was really honoured to be able to spend the day with Ting on her birthday and we just had lunch together, shop, and ended up walking all the way to Sentosa!

We chilled a lot in the shuttle bus thing around Sentosa LOL, cause we were quite tired. We were also quite bummed cause the shuttle bus was actually supposed to be a tram service, but it aint no tram Sentosa

I also went out with dear to check out the MacRitchie Tree Top Walk!! Along the way there we kept getting lost and we actually covered about 1km just from being lost and wandering LOL. In total we covered about 8-9km i think and to be honest i was quite tired out HAHA.

The area was quite humid but I did like the ambience, it really takes your mind away from the outside world and that fast paced hectic life you wanna escape for a moment. There were many pretty plants and flowers, there were mini ponds that had super clear water as well!

Hahaha Aiken took this picture that was supposed to be like those tumblr-esque pictures BUT HE FORGOT TO INCLUDE HIS HAND HAHAHA. But its okay b its just for the memories of our adventures together.

I really enjoyed my day that day, and it felt so weird going back to a mall for lunch after wandering around a forest. I enjoyed wandering of course since I had good company ^-^

In the time of the next few days I got the chance to catch up and meet a few of my beloved friends from 4IT!!! First was with Wenjin and Ally, together with Kai of course. It was such a fun and refreshing day cause I really missed their presence and stupid jokes HAHA. Thanks a lot to Wenjin for making those cookies it was really good and i ate a lot but they're worth getting fat for hurhur

Went out with KKJE (Keith, Kylie, Justin) LMAO that name though. So thankful that fate had brought all of us together to sit amongst each other in class, and they are people who have tolerated my nonsense in class, emotional ranting and shit, from sec 3 days up till this day. We are all comfortable with each other and can just share secrets or feelings openly without fearing anything, cause we trust each other and also laugh along when we hear some gossip.

We had this outing to pre celebrate together Lee and Kai's birthday since their birthdays are only a day apart. We hung around in Fort Canning Park and sat down on swings while laughing our hearts out, talking about a lot of nonsensical shit. I also made a milestone by buying some drinks by myself and getting away with it LOL. I shan't elaborate.

Thanks for the day guys! Feels weird we all are going separate ways (except Lee LOL) and I will really miss your presence in school :(

Spent Kai's 17th with her as well!!!! Hehe I feel so honoured

We had such random plans and decided to go to the Grandstand Pasarbella to eat!! Ive been there before and I actually like the place a lot! Gives the very detached from the city feel to me.

After that we had this sudden idea to go to the iconic railway station place to check it out. Along the way it started to drizzle and Kai wanted to just turn back and go just when we reached the place already. But I eventually convinced her to stay and we ended up looking like 2 reckless teens laughing like crazy sharing one umbrella walking up to that area.

The pictures we took were all while it was drizzling HAHAHA thus our hair was not really on point.

Snapshot of the food we ate! I recommended Kai to get the pasta which I ate the previous time! I tried the mushroom baked rice, it was super gelat. We also shared a thai iced milk tea that was just meh. Speaking of it now I miss the milk tea from Vietnam.

Anyway I enjoyed my day and was so glad to be able to spend it with this girl, one more year ;)

Will miss you a lot :(

End of January also came the long awaited Coach Appreciation Day event!!!!

It was really fun and talking to fellow coaches in a more relaxed and less professional environment and chatting about lots of stuff. It made me remember how attached I was actually to these guys. AK is really like my second home to me because of all the people there that I am so comfortable around. I really feel sad that so many seniors are not coming back and it will be so weird not coaching with them next season. :(

We played a lot of games under the sun on the sand with landed me with lots of bruises and a bad tan line haha but it was really fun of course. We also played Capture the Flag + Running Man and we even got shirts for the game!

With 2 of the favourite people I treasure a lot in AK!!!!!  Ben and Marcus. With them I really feel my 100% self, and I feel so thankful for them to guide me and watch me grow in so many ways. (Even though I'm older than Marcus lol)

Abcdm the gang. Thanks for being a bunch of faggits I love being around with 🤓

The coaching team!! Missing out some people but very happy I got to spend the day with these people. I'm super sad not everyone will continue next season but you will all still have a big place in my heart!!! And much thanks for the organizing team!!

January 2016 was a great start.
